HowCloud gives you ongoing access to a great teacher to study with. Choose the number of hours per week that you would like to access a teacher for and subscribe by paying for 1 month (4 weeks) of tutoring. If you find that you need more (or less) hours per week with our teachers then you can always change or cancel your subscription package at any time without penalty.
If at any time during your first 14 days using HowCloud you realise it's not for you then you can cancel your subscription and get every penny back - no questions asked (although we do really appreciate your feedback)! Just contact our team via your account and we'll process a refund for you on the spot. Remember that even if you go beyond your first 14 days you can cancel your subscription at any time - we don't tie you up to any long term contracts.
Yes all classes are recorded and available for you to watch within 24 hours. The real value is in coming to the live classes but the recordings are always available for you to replay.
